She has served on the Boards of the Reserve Bank of Australia, Woolworths Group, the Australian Securities Exchange, SBS, Qantas Airways, Westfield Property Trusts, Woodside Petroleum, Coca-Cola Amatil, the Sydney Theatre Company, NIDA, the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra and the Art Gallery of New South Wales.
