Mr. Robinson is an advisor to many of Australia’s leading corporations on Board performance, working closely with Chair and CEOs on senior executive capability and succession. He leads Blenheim Partners’ Board and CEO Practice and has been involved in Board Advisory and C-Level appointments in three continents for over 20 years. He also hosts the “No Limitations” podcast series, which sits in the global top 10% and engages in conversation with elite world class performing men and women across a broad genre covering the issues, opportunities and challenges confronting them. He is a Co – Author of the “Challenges of Attaining Growth” a significant paper on the performance and insights of the leading ASX companies and a regular contributor to business media.
Prior to establishing Blenheim Partners, Mr. Robinson was based in Hong Kong as Director for a boutique executive search and previously was a Partner with the British search firm, Whitehead Mann. He was a Partner for Korn/Ferry International, in Australia and commenced his executive search career as a Partner with Norman Broadbent in London. Mr. Robinson’s career includes experience in the Australian military where he was awarded with the coveted Green Beret.
Outside of business, Mr. Robinson has supported charities by competing in the London Marathon, The Marathon des Sables (across the Sahara Desert) and with a good friend assembled a small team to do something never previously attempted. It was termed the Arch to Arc and included a run from London (Wellington Arch) to Dover, swimming the English Channel and cycling from Calais to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. The run was achieved wearing a Rhino costume for the “Saving the Rhino” Charity.
Mr. Robinson was a Director of Australian Business in Europe whilst in London and continues to support a number of key Australian nation-building initiatives and think tanks. Mr. Robinson holds a B.Comm with Merit.

Dr. Wright has advised many of Australia’s premier organisations on board and executive structure, performance and assessment, competitor analysis and succession planning.
Dr. Wright is a highly experienced and innovative business executive with an extensive background in human resource leadership, strategy and management. He is a key member of the Board, CEO, HR and Financial Services Practices, and leads the Leadership Advisory and Re-Engagement Practices. He has executed on numerous Board, CEO, CFO and other C-suite executive search assignments as an Executive Search Professional.
Prior to Executive Search he had a range of line management, academic and consulting roles which includes nine years as the Group Executive Human Resources in St George Bank. At St George, Dr. Wright was a member of the Executive Committee reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.
Dr. Wright was responsible for all aspects of the people strategy for over 9,000 employees. This included developing and implementing human resource programs aimed at providing the competitive advantage through people. He oversaw recruitment, learning and leadership development, culture and change, remuneration and benefits, health and safety and employee relations. He was a key driver behind many of the Group’s initiatives including flexible working arrangements.
More recently Dr. Wright was Executive Director People for Ashurst, reporting to the Managing Partner. He managed all aspects of the people strategy for the Australian and Asian offices of the firm.
Dr. Wright advises Board and Senior Executives from a strategic and operational perspective on a wide range of human resource issues across all industries.
Dr. Wright has a PhD in Organisational Behaviour and has been the Adjunct Professor to the University of Western Australia. He also holds a B.E(Hons), M.EngSc and an MBA from the University of Sydney and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD).

As Head of Production for Roadshow Films from 2008-2017, Mr. McKenna developed a national reputation for audience engagement overseeing a renaissance in Australian film results with RED DOG, PAPER PLANES and ODDBALL, all stand out box office successes in a once moribund industry. Whilst at Roadshow Films, Mr. McKenna worked with some of Australia’s largest retail and FMCG brands to create powerful market synergies between big film franchises such as HARRY POTTER, the DC UNIVERSE, MAD MAX and HAPPY FEET to drive customer and ticket sales.
As CEO of Screenwest, Mr. McKenna oversaw the transition of a decades old Government department into a thriving independent organisation, achieving Western Australia’s highest ever production numbers. Having worked on bringing over 400 Hollywood movies to the Australian market, including the HARRY POTTER, MATRIX, MAD MAX and D.C. franchise films as well as a slew of upmarket Arthouse titles. Mr. McKenna started his Hollywood career with Village Roadshow Pictures in Burbank, CA. Ms Afonso is an Executive Coach and Organisational Psychologist who specialises in delivery of executive assessment, coaching and organisation and talent development. She is accredited in utilising a range of psychological tools, techniques and methodologies to assist clients achieve their business and personal goals.
Ms Afonso has over 20 years of experience in executive assessment, coaching, and organisational and talent development. She has worked with Senior Executives on goals such as transforming organisational culture, leading change, assessing and developing leadership capability, developing executive presence, driving high performing teams, transitioning to senior leadership roles, enhancing wellbeing and resilience, increasing diversity and inclusion.
More recently, Ms Afonso’s reputation for coaching women in leadership positions to reach their career aspirations led to her being selected as one of the coaches for the global initiative Homeward Bound, a ground-breaking leadership, strategic and science initiative for women, set against the backdrop of Antarctica. This year-long programme sees 100 female scientists each year from around the globe develop their leadership, strategic and scientific capabilities with a focus on climate, biological and earth system research. The program culminates in an expedition to Antarctica.

Ms. Papahristos is a leading organisational Psychologist and has been consulting Chief Executives in the ASX 300, Senior Executives in Government agencies, and members specialised units of the Emergency services and Armed Forces for 10 years.
Ms. Papahristos brings extensive and diverse experience which includes engagement with tactical operational elements of government bodies, development of hostage negotiators and behavioral expertise in regards to people management and the impact of organisational culture. Mr. Shestopal has worked in executive search since 1997, specialising in real estate since 1999. He has an excellent track record in the industry having successfully completed searches for Bard executives, senior management and functional heads within the property company, investment banking, investment management, private equity, corporate owner/occupier and professional services environments.
