Prior to establishing Blenheim Partners, Mr. Robinson was based in Hong Kong for three years as Head of an Investment Banking Search Practice for a global boutique firm and as a Partner established and led the Asia Pacific Financial Officers Practice for the Global Search Firm Whitehead Mann.

In 2005 he was appointed Partner to establish and lead the Australasia Chief Financial Officer Practice for Korn/Ferry International, covering all industry sectors with focus on ASX 100 listed companies.

Mr. Robinson commenced his executive search career as a Partner with Norman Broadbent in London. During his time in London he consulted on the finance and operational functions of the FTSE 100-250 and AIM listed companies for a decade, including some high profile searches which were closely followed by the press.

Mr. Robinson’s career began in marketing with an Australian radio network and as a Broker in the money market. It also includes experience in the Australian military where he was awarded with the coveted Green Beret.

Mr. Robinson has been involved in Board Advisory and C-Level appointments in three continents and was a Director of Australian Business in Europe whilst in London and continues to support a number of key Australian nation-building initiatives. Mr. Robinson holds a B.Comm with Merit.

Outside of business, Mr. Robinson has supported charities by competing in the London Marathon, The Marathon des Sables (across the Sahara Desert) and with a good friend assembled a small team to do something never previously attempted. It was termed the Arch to Arc and included a run from London (Wellington Arch) to Dover, swimming the English Channel and cycling from Calais to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. The run was achieved wearing a Rhino costume for the “Saving the Rhino” Charity.

Dr. Wright is a highly experienced and innovative business executive with an extensive background in human resource leadership, strategy and management. He is a key member of the Board, CEO, HR and Financial Services Practices, and leads the Leadership Advisory and Re-Engagement Practices. He has executed on numerous Board, CEO, CFO and other C-suite executive search assignments as an Executive Search Professional.

Prior to Executive Search he had a range of line management, academic and consulting roles which includes nine years as the Group Executive Human Resources in St George Bank. At St George, Dr. Wright was a member of the Executive Committee reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.

Dr. Wright was responsible for all aspects of the people strategy for over 9,000 employees. This included developing and implementing human resource programs aimed at providing the competitive advantage through people. He oversaw recruitment, learning and leadership development, culture and change, remuneration and benefits, health and safety and employee relations. He was a key driver behind many of the Group’s initiatives including flexible working arrangements.

More recently Dr. Wright was Executive Director People for Ashurst, reporting to the Managing Partner. He managed all aspects of the people strategy for the Australian and Asian offices of the firm.

Dr. Wright advises Board and Senior Executives from a strategic and operational perspective on a wide range of human resource issues across all industries.

Dr. Wright has a PhD in Organisational Behaviour and has been the Adjunct Professor to the University of Western Australia. He also holds a B.E(Hons), M.EngSc and an MBA from the University of Sydney and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD).

Mr. McKenna holds an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Political Science and a graduate Juris Doctor from Boston College. Mr. Christopher Russell joined Blenheim Partners as Partner, Financial Services.

Mr. Russell graduated from the United States Military Academy West Point in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in German and Russian languages.  He commissioned an Officer of Infantry in the U.S. Army and served over 8 years in Europe, Central America and the United States culminating in successful Rifle Company command.

He resigned his commission in 1995 and began his commercial career at Motorola in Austin, Texas as Program Lead transforming the Semiconductors Product Sector (50 facilities and 28B USD annual revenue).  Mr. Russell moved to General Electric Motors and Industrial Systems in Fort Wayne, Indiana where he successfully led the Sourcing function transformation (31 plants and 2B USD revenue).

Mr. Russell moved to GE Capital Trade Payables in Danbury, Connecticut where he lead implementations enabling 700% net income growth over 4 years earning the prestigious GE Capital Pinnacle Award in 2001.  In 2003, he transferred to GE Consumer Finance in Paris as Directeur de la Qualité where his team delivered both revenue and margin growth in addition to cost reduction doubling net income in 3 years.

Mr. Russell joined HSBC in 2005 as Managing Director, Transformation, Global Transaction Banking in London leading a global team of transformation experts delivering over 16M USD of benefit over two years.  In 2007, he transitioned to an operational role as COO, HSBC France Commercial Bank.

In 2009, Mr. Russell moved to Hong Kong as Global Program Manager for HSBC’s International Client On-Boarding Program including both Commercial and Institutional clients across 82 jurisdictions.  He joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2011 as Senior Vice President, Global Treasury Solutions with a mandate to improve efficiencies across 13 Asia Pacific jurisdictions.

Mr. Russell moved to Sydney with CBA as General Manager in 2013 successfully leading transformation programs in the Institutional Banking and Markets and Wealth Management business units delivering both revenue growth and cost efficiency.  In 2016, he joined Genpact Australia as Partner, Transformation Services where he grew the practice from 35 to 120 consultants while tripling revenue and doubling margins.

In his most recent role at Chandler, he had oversight of strategic and financial management and planning, sales, coaching and performance management in delivering multi-channel customer engagement solutions and digital transformation, servicing clients from highly regulated sectors such as Superannuation, Mining, Utilities and Education. At Programmed, he drove growth through building relationships with clients in Education, Aged Care, Health and Commercial Property in a regional coverage.

Outside of business, Mr Clyde is highly regarded for his distinguished contributions to Australian Sport, having played rugby league professionally for the Canberra Raiders, Canterbury Bulldogs and Leeds Rhinos. Mr. Sham partners Mr. Low in executing senior level assignments across a number of sectors. Mr. Sham has extensive business experience in Asia and previously was a Chief Financial Officer in Hong Kong.

Mr. Sham has lead and built teams in finance, strategic planning and business improvement. Mr. Sham is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA from Australia. He trained as an auditor with Pricewaterhouse in Sydney and later joined Pricewaterhouse Consulting as a Consultant in Singapore and China.

Mr. Sham speaks fluent English, Cantonese and business Mandarin.
